Product Overview

This machine is designed for butt-welding the flattened ends of roll-formed work pieces, ensuring robust weld formation through a three-stage welding process: preheating, flashing, and upset forging. The preheating function significantly enhances weld quality during the welding process, while the servo-controlled drive system enables rapid reciprocating motion of the movable platen to optimize welding efficiency.

 

The machine supports both pulsed and continuous flashing welding processes, offering flexible selection based on work piece requirements to meet diverse production demands.

 

All critical components are manufactured from premium materials with precision craftsmanship: the movable platen, stationary platen, and clamping arms are cast from high-quality 45# steel and stress-relieved (aging treatment) to ensure optimal rigidity, accuracy, and extended service life. Electrodes are made from high-conductivity, wear-resistant copper alloy to enhance welding performance and durability. The transformer undergoes special treatment to improve thermal resistance, anti-vibration capability, and insulation performance; coil sealing materials ensure stable operation in environments ranging from -20°C to 220°C.

 

 

Technical Features

1.Pulsed heating ensures more thorough and uniform work piece heating compared to continuous flashing, improving welding consistency;
2.Short welding cycle, low energy consumption, minimal material loss through reduced flash generation, significantly lowering material waste;
3.Low cracking rate, particularly suitable for high-strength steel rim welding, ensuring product reliability.
