Product Overview：

This machine is designed for deburring both longitudinal edges of metal strips, ensuring operational safety in subsequent processes, enhancing coating adhesion, and guaranteeing assembly reliability. Symmetrically arranged on both sides of the frame, three sets of hydraulically driven rollers perform rotary rolling compression to remove burrs from strip edges. The roller spacing can be precisely adjusted according to strip width to accommodate various material specifications. The three roller sets feature a stepped U-groove design, where differential groove depths control the rolling pressure, ensuring the strip achieves required surface finish and dimensional accuracy during the deburring process.
