Air Leakage Testing Machine

Product Overview：

This machine is designed for detecting air leakage at the weld seam of post-expansion workpieces. The equipment consists of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical components, with a C-frame (gap-frame) main structure. The machine supports both manual and automatic operation modes, featuring stroke limit signaling and pressure relay functions. Its rational structural layout and convenient operation enable one-pass completion of air leakage testing.

After workpiece loading, the upper die descends to clamp the workpiece. Following inflation and pressure-hold testing, qualified parts are transferred to the next process by the gripper fixture, while non-conforming parts are rejected from the production line by a pneumatic cylinder.
