Product Overview：
This machine is designed for flaring both ends of weld-seam-processed work pieces. The machine consists of bed frame, main slide, slide cylinder, linear guide ways, automatic loading/unloading mechanism, dies, electrical control system, and hydraulic system. The slide adopts a linear guideway structure to ensure motion accuracy and stability. Working pressure, operating speed, and stroke range can be flexibly adjusted according to process requirements. Both manual and automatic operation modes are supported. The equipment features a compact and rational structural layout, excellent centering performance, and convenient operation, efficiently completing the fully automated workflow of loading-flaring-unloading in rim manufacturing.
The flaring process is equipped with an emulsion coolant system for lubricating and cooling the dies and work piece, capable of recovering, filtering, and recycling the emulsion to effectively reduce energy consumption and material usage.
