Product Overview:

This machine is designed for fusion welding of wheel rim and disc (spider). It supports CO₂ gas shielded welding (GMAW-CO₂), argon-rich mixed gas shielded welding (MAG), or submerged arc welding (SAW) processes, featuring core advantages of energy efficiency, minimal thermal distortion, and high weld strength. The frame adopts an L-type structure. The gun elevation is pneumatically driven with linear guideway connection, ensuring gun repeatability accuracy with four-dimensional spatial position adjustment capability. The wire feeding mechanism is located above the gun, utilizing pull-type wire feeding with a fume extraction outlet at the top. The welding turntable features adjustable inclination angle with variable-frequency stepless speed regulation, and offers two structural configurations for inner circumferential seam and outer circumferential seam welding respectively.

 

The machine adopts PLC control with HMI (Human-Machine Interface), supporting manual/automatic dual-mode operation. Full circumferential welding or segmented welding are available, with 8 preset segmented welding patterns. Welding power sources are selectable according to user requirements, with rated welding currents of 350A, 500A, 600A, and 1000A to accommodate wheels of different thicknesses.

Product Overview:

This machine is designed for fusion welding of wheel rim and disc, equipped with 4 sets of guns and adjustment mechanisms. The equipment consists of frame, motorized reduction turntable, motorized elevation mechanism, upper current conduction mechanism, gun adjustment mechanism, electrical control unit, pneumatic system, and welding power sources. It features arc-flash and spatter protection soft curtains. Loading/unloading can be performed manually or by robot. The frame adopts a C-type structure. The spindle guidance utilizes linear guide ways and composite bushing structure, ensuring pre-positioning and positioning accuracy. Turntable elevation and rotation are servo motor controlled, offering fast response, accurate positioning, and high reliability. The gun adjustment mechanism enables vertical, radial, and working angle adjustment of the guns, capable of 8-segment welding (2 cycles of 4-segment welding).


The machine achieves fully automated operation through PLC and servo drivers, with stepless welding speed adjustment. Welding parameters can be modified via the HMI. The equipment consists of two C-type frames, two sets of motorized reduction turntables, gun adjustment mechanisms, air-cooled upper current conduction buffer platens, rear-mounted upper platforms, electrical control unit, pneumatic system, and welding power sources. It is equipped with a welding fume extraction system and an automated auxiliary feeding mechanism, enabling seamless workpiece transfer between the machine and loading/unloading mechanisms. Both frames contain gun adjustment and disc detection positioning mechanisms, with platforms at the rear for accommodating 8 welding power sources and 8 drum wire feeders.
