Expanding Machine

Product Overview：

This machine performs expanding and sizing operations on roll-formed work pieces to improve rim accuracy and meet product design requirements. Both horizontal and vertical configurations are available. The vertical expanding machine comprises a press unit and expanding dies as core components. The press unit offers two structural options: four-column type and frame (H-type) type, with selectable brands and models to accommodate expanding operations for various rim sizes. The equipment features a compact and rational structural layout, excellent centering performance, and convenient operation, capable of completing expanding and sizing in a single operation.

This workstation can be configured with robot + end-effector for automatic loading and unloading, achieving unattended operation. Customized die sets and expanding segments can be tailored according to user requirements.
