Butt-Joint Aligning Machine

Product Overview：

This machine is used for butt-joint reshaping of cylindrical shells after steel rim coiling. A pneumatic or hydraulic clamping mechanism is selected according to workpiece plate thickness to achieve reliable positioning and clamping, ensuring precise alignment of both shell ends. Once the cylindrical shell is properly aligned, manual tack welding is applied for temporary workpiece fixation. The workpiece is then transferred to the butt-welding machine for final welding. It provides an acceptable alignment reference for this process and is suitable for processing multi-specification heavy-duty vehicle rims.

The spacing of roller sets and positioning plates can be adjusted to satisfy butt-joint operations for cylindrical shells of various rim specifications.
